Suncorp weather campaign messaging reflects current BOM warnings

The Suncorp weather campaign displayed messaging in digital out-of-home to reflect current storm warnings.

Whenever the Bureau of Meteorology activates a Severe Weather Warning or Severe Thunderstorm Warning, doohfa determines if it’s relevant for the locations of Suncorp’s outdoor activity. doohfa then delivers Suncorp’s ‘Severe Weather’ creative, or if the warning includes a prediction for hail, doohfa delivers their ‘Hail’ creative.

Outside of the warning activity, doohfa also detects current rainfall to display Suncorp’s ‘Rain’ creative. So this makes the campaign highly responsive to the ambient conditions of the campaign locations.
